the unrest has always been there in some form or other.We just do not hear much about it.Rebuilding will take a long time and will need help from the world to acheve this.case in point New Orleans is still rebuilding after Katrina did so much damange.
It is a horrible time there. They need to be in our prayers that is for sure.
